Increasingly, clients use alternative project delivery methods like design-build and public-private partnerships (P3) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public sector project delivery.

Volkert is active in design-build and P3 projects, providing a broad range of services. As an owner’s representative, our work includes project management, scope, and proposal development.

We also partner with contractors and other engineering firms to develop an innovative and cost- and schedule-efficient design.

During construction, Volkert supports contractors and owners by providing independent quality assurance, quality control, and testing services. Volkert has experience providing both design and construction quality assurance on major P3 initiatives.
