Working as your representative, we help execute your vision by providing the coordination, planning, and management expertise needed to control costs, maintain schedules, and assure construction quality.
Volkert serves as a client’s single point of contact in the implementation and management of their programs. We work as an extension of the client’s staff, assisting with budget development, selection of design consultants, contract negotiations, coordination of subconsultants, cost estimating and analysis, and development of construction schedules.
