Third Party Recruiting Policy
Volkert partners with a very small group of third-party recruiting agencies, headhunters, and temporary staffing firms who are strategically aligned with our industry and business model. Due to the number of solicitations we receive, Volkert’s talent acquisition team periodically reviews the firms/agencies on the approved vendor list.
If you would like to be considered as a potential recruiting vendor, please complete this form and include the requested information. Note that providing this information does not qualify you as an approved vendor. You will be contacted by Volkert’s talent acquisition manager if there are further questions or if you become one of our approved recruiting vendors.
All recruiting contracts are renewed annually and are valid for one year, unless terminated otherwise. Volkert will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that does not have a signed agreement from the talent acquisition manager. Any resume submitted to a Volkert employee without having a signed agreement in place will be considered property of Volkert. Volkert will not be held liable to pay a placement fee. Verbal commitments from any Volkert employee will not be considered binding terms.
