From initial landowner notifications through the settlement of construction damage claims, Volkert provides a full complement of real estate and land acquisition services, including program management, stakeholder involvement, routing review, land acquisition, relocation assistance, and QA/QC.

The foundation of our experience is transportation right of way design, valuation, acquisition, and relocation, as well as extensive experience in acquiring permanent easements along utility corridors.

Volkert has a number of in-house, highly-skilled, and technically qualified professionals who are proficient in performing all tasks associated with the real estate services process. Many of our in-house agents are past or present members of the International Right of Way Association.
