He works diligently with the client and contractors to ensure the design, construction, and delivery of high-quality projects that improve infrastructure throughout Texas communities.

In addition to his technical expertise, he is dedicated to building strong teams that can tackle the challenges of an evolving infrastructure landscape. His commitment to growing and developing leaders is evident in his work, where he uses projects as platforms to build people through mentorship and professional growth. His approach creates purposeful and meaningful opportunities for both his team and the broader industry. Trevor has also made significant contributions towards the development of civil engineering and construction focused education in the K-12 space as an industry representative tasked with developing new programs of study for public schools.

“A unique trait of Trevor is that he intentionally focuses on developing, evaluating, and implementing useful technologies and processes involving design, construction management, and field engineering services to deliver projects that improve communities”, says Travis Falls, PE, MS, Volkert’s Senior Vice President of the Southwest Region.

Outside of his role with Volkert, Trevor is actively involved in volunteer efforts to grow engineering and his community. A graduate of the ACEC Texas Leadership and Rockwall Leadership programs, he believes in “graduating into leadership.” Trevor remains engaged with each new class, supporting emerging leaders through organizations like Rotary, ACEC, and the Chamber of Commerce.
