Volkert recently acquired Denmon Engineering Company, Inc. (Denmon), expanding its water resources, transportation, water/wastewater, and surveying services in Louisiana.
“Adding Denmon’s talents and expertise expands our geographic footprint and strengthens our available services for state and local agencies in northern Louisiana,” says Volkert CEO David Allsbrook, PE. “Its services strategically complement our current business and will help expand future capabilities.”
Denmon began its professional practice in 1983 and has grown to serve a large client portfolio of private entities, levee districts, state and local governments, and engineering firms within Louisiana.
“We are excited to welcome Denmon’s experienced staff to the Volkert team,” says West Gulf region senior vice president Mark McConnell, PE. “The relationships they have established with clients throughout northern Louisiana will be an outstanding asset as we continue to grow our business.”
Denmon’s headquarters—114 Venable Lane, Monroe, LA 71203—is now operating as a Volkert office.
Volkert also has Louisiana offices in Baton Rouge, Mandeville, New Orleans, and Shreveport.
